Channel Overview: I led a brand’s first move into direct mail, transforming it into a profitable new channel. Started with seasonal catalogs, then expanded into ongoing programmatic campaigns, leveraging AI-driven audience matching and timing insights to deliver relevant messages at strategic moments of the customer journey. Structured cross-channel integrations to maintain consistent, aligned offers and brand identity across print and digital. Tested formats, messaging, and segmentation strategies to boost engagement and conversion.

My Role: Led creative direction, strategy, and copywriting across all print campaigns. Translated digital assets into cohesive, high-performing print layouts that built brand awareness and trust in a new channel, all while managing budgets, timelines, and agency collaboration.

The Outcome: Print proved both profitable and powerful, driving brand awareness, acquisition, and 6–10x returns while creating halo lift across other channels. It helped us reach new customers and re-engage loyal ones in a channel that felt both fresh and familiar.

Print might be old-school, but when done right… it converts.
